omg holy island.... when i was about 15 me and family went to back of beyond somewhere called Beadnell, seriously if anyone is wanting a GOOD holiday dont go there... we went to holy island too.... a little bit more interesting... better than Beadnell lol.

Beadnell isn't great if you are 15 but not bad if you are 50

There's not a lot at Holy Island either to be honest, not for 15 year olds

I dont think its great for any age, it was back of beyond that village/hamlet

Beaches are great in that area though....

If robin hoods bay and whitby had the beaches and a couple of the castles (from northumberland is it?) then robin hoods bay and whitby would be great.

Robin Hood's Bay in the 18th century was the biggest smuggling community on the Yorkshire coast. Neat rebelious place
