Default still not eating and brown mark appeared.

Hi, can anyone help identify the brown mark that has appeared on the side and near the mouth of my hermmans tortoise?
I have tried to wipe it away, thinking it might be a bit of pellet. But I can't hold her head to wipe it off.
Am I panicking over nothing?

I'm also concerned about the indent to her underside (plastron?)

As mentioned before she is on a top soil substrate which is watered every few days and sprayed daily.

Have you got her on cococoir? If so that looks like a stain from that, also the the indent on the plastron looks like just how it's grown, I don't think there's anything to worry about x

No, she is on top soil.

Her plastron has always been like that, since I got her, but wasn't sure if it was 'normal'.

Looks ok to me it does look like a substrate stain to me though, doesn't look like anything sinister, try bathing for longer, and a little warmer x

Oh dear, does that mean she is eating the soil?
Is that Ok? Or will it upset her stomach?

I tend to bathe her for 20-30mins, but all she does is constantly try and climb the side to get out.
