How did you find us?

Hi,
II had rescued two tortoise from a chap who was not able to look after them. The site I have found to be very usefully and at the same time educational.
I have also so passed this site on to a number of people who are looking to purchase tortoise in the hope that they understand what is involved in taking on such a lovely creature, and not make a whim purchase.

I think that I found the site when I was researching tortoises, I'm still waiting to get my tort, but I am quite determined to do it for my 40th Birthday which is in june.

I googled a couple of questions about keeping tortoises and this site always came up first. I had a lurk around and it seemed very friendly, just my sort of place. I'm also on a beekeeping forum but I get sick of all the bickering, this is so refreshing.
