How many has she laid? Do you have a laying area for her? If you just got her the eggs could be fertile from a prior breeding.

ive built her a platform with a plastic tub with sand in but she doesnt bother with it she just burys down under the wood in the tank and lays the eggs there the guy i got her off had her in a 18x12x12inch tank with just an inch of water so i dont think she has ever been with a male so i dont think the eggs will be fertile

Do you have a basking light over the laying area? Has she ever been up to the laying area? Can you post a picture of your set-up, just to get an idea of how it looks.
The eggs probably aren't fertile. Danny

How many did she lay? The shallow water conditions could have said to her it was the dry season and now that she is with you and has more water she probably thinks it's the wet season, so hence the breeding season.
