2 questions..
I've treated my tort Dolly with flagyl and panacur as she had Protozoa and worms. Her poop is quite soft now. I've been giving her Pre alpin and weeds but doesn't seem to be hardening it up. Any suggestions please?
Also does Panacur treat Ascarid worms? I know it treats Oxyurids worms. Thanks x

I don't know the answer Lynne, all I know is when I first got Sam he was loaded with different types of worms and all I used was panacur and it cleared the lot. I have read on here in quite a few different posts that when treating with flagyl it causes runny poops and I'm sure I saw that it took a bit of time to get back to normal. I am expecting Sams wormcount results back today and I'm a bit nervous, he had really bad worms when he was young, had a few checks at vets over the years but hasn't had one in a while, Poppys was clear but I don't keep them together so that goes for nothing. Hopefully someone who knows will answer you soon.

Just a question off the top of my head, how were you alerted to the fact your torts had worms in the first place please ??
