Sorry, I'm still new to shell growth and things, what is pyramiding, and what causes it? I can see that the shell is slightly raised in a pyramid, I went to see a leopard and it had a similar shape, is it common in leopards more than other species?

Pyramiding happens when a tortoise is fed the wrong foods and has a bad diet. When this happens it causes thier shell to grow wrong and can eventually lean to metabolic bone disease if i remember right here is a link to a website that has more info on it. http://www.tortoisetrust.org/articles/webdiet.htm

Gorgeous little one - they are definately my favourites - I have tried to do all the right things with my little hatchling but I still notice she is still getting slightly lumpy.

Good luck with finding a name.
