Stolen tort

Hi,
I have had Bert stolen from my garden. He is an 8 year old European Spur thigh. I live in North Suffolk.
He is about 16cm long and has a blue mark on the top of his shell. He has been chipped and has all the paper work.
I f any spots him or sees him up for sale please let me know.
