No not now,I was at first because it seemed like there would be weeks before I had lost a good amount of weight,not I am on my 3rd week I can have a bar a day,instead of a shake or soup and they are lovely,like thorntons chocolate

Luckily I am tall so I can carry the weight well,I was 4 and a half stone overweight

I hadnt weighed myself in a year,but 2 stone of it I had put on in the last year and I was feeling very unwell and not recovering from ear infections that I had in the last 6 months I had 17 lots of treatment for my ear and had to cut out dairy products

I am not good on diets where you have to eat less,by doing cambridge there is no food,I intend to see my lady monthly after I get to goal,which I hope will only take another 9 weeks,the average loss is a stone a month,with the first month a greater loss
