just an update to let you know that the vets wanted some other vets from out of town to see them so they are still with me but i have decided that having them put to sleep is the kindest thing to do. i think this will be happening on thursday

Oh bless you I have been thinking of you and looking for updates from you all day I wondered how you had gone on. I know its sad but I think you have made the right decision. I dont have my torts yet and I know I'd be devastated to have made the decision that you have, my thoughts are with you hugs (x)

I congratulate you on being able to show us these tortoises to us as most of us would never have to deal with this problem.
I commend you on doing the right thing by going to the vets and taking the brave decision to have them humanly put to sleep, for their sakes. I will be thinking of you on thursday and please do not feel guilty, you have made the right decision in my mind, and probably many other people's. Good luck xx
