Hey Hey!!
Hey all, just discovered this place and it is wonderful! My name is Faye, I'm 28 and live in Leicester. I'm the proud mummy of a spur thighed boy named Eric. I don't know how old he is, as he is a rescue.I think he's an oldie. His previous owner was a veternary nurse, another torty (they were both called Dougal!) was bullying him and he has chipped shell along the back. That is why he came to me. There is bone showing through in many places on him and the underneath of his shell is pretty scarred and previously broken. He was found in a gutter 9 years ago. A car nearly ran over him and he was in a bad way. The vet thought he would die but now he's a defiant, gorgeous little bloke! He loves falling asleep on anything soft. Everyone he meets just adores him, his shell isn't glossy or perfect like many of the torty pics here, but I love him more for all his belmishes!!
hope to get to know you all .... Violet xXx

Thats such a shame for him! Looks like a happy ending now though I agree the war wounds just make a tort that extra bit special
Oh and a very big welcome to the forum
