Default Limestone granules

I ordered some limestone granules for my two which arrived today and they both made a bee line for them and have been munching for a couple of minutes,

Just want to confirm that these are ok for them aren't they?

oh yes, I even put some in the soil I grow seeds in to enrich the plants with calcium.
