Just been breaking news that she has passed away this morning following a stroke.

yeah she did a lot of controversial things that made her unpopular, but I think she did a lot of good to. and besides she had the guts to stand up and say things need to change and changed things

That is sad. Without a doubt, probably the best Prime Minister this country has ever had. She shared the same birthday as my late Father - 13th October.

I didn't like her policies. But she was a fighter I'll say that. And a strong female prime minister. No excuse for the nastiness on FB...but that's FB. This is the same site that made that gunman, Raoul Moat a 'hero' (if people recall). Who the hell are these people !!

I've read some disgusting things this afternoon about her. Politics aside, she was someone's mum, gran etc, and they're still here to read such vileness. Its rather sad.

yeah some people have no respect! they have no concern for the feelings of others, yeah she was no saint, but at give her family time to grieve (and well I can never condone being happy that someone has died!)
