i re-seal the bag so the Nutrobal is not wasted, although it does seem like he gets a lot!

I may just purchase some Limestone flour then and offer that a few times a week. I've never heard of using cuttlefish as a suplement, i thought it was mearly for their mouths from what i have read..!!??

you could use a salt or pepper pot to sprinkle the nutrobal over the weeds or a little tea strainer to dust over the food
I supose it depends if you weeds are wet then the bag gets wet and might get stuck to it.

Cuttlefish is an excellent beak trimmer but should not be used as the main calcium intake. I use nutrobal (3-4 times a week) limestone (every day) and cuttlefish in enclosures that way if they feel that they need more calcium they can take a bite.

im probably going to sound thick here

so you have a bag of nutrobal

then you put weeds in

then you shake

then you remove weeds and give to torts

then you reseal nutrobal for next day

if ive got all that right

perhaps your nutrobal is getting damp and becoming less effective ? just a thought

I just paid the 60p postage, it's not going to bankrupt me!!

the weeds are not excessively wet, just damp .
