Default Sulcatas are cute

Or so people think when they are small just that they don't stay small Here are 2 males that I got sent pictures of today. They are both in Arizona and the one eating the pumpkin is supposedly 300 pounds

They are lovely tortoises. If I had the land I'd certainly consider Sulcatas or Aldabras.

He's a beautiful sulcata!
And at approx 135kg, . . . He's a BIG lad!
But they have much more appeal & character when they are fully grown than when they're tiny little fellas

I'd love one too especially as I have so old pumpkins to get rid of. Just wish the weather was warmer all year round so I could get one without needing my own power station!
