Default breeders

I am looking to get a tort next year, around the start of February i have sent some emails in the last month to breeders on the site. But have had no replies, i live in the west midlands.

This is probably not the best time of the year to buy a tortoise. Most breeders will hibernate their tortoises. Weeds are not easily plentiful.
Far better to buy in the Spring.

this is exactly what i do now,i will offer my hatchlings for sale come feb/march and the new owners will have plenty of time to get in the swing of things,if you try to sell now the phone is forever ringing with new owners wanting to know why their tortoise is hiding/stopped eating.i will give new owners all the help they need without hesitation but things wear thin when someone phones on xmas eve asking if you have five hatchlings for their five kids in the morning.
