Hey guys, Thanks for all your thoughts.
I've been to the vet with him this afternoon. She said she'd have to keep him in over the weekend. He's extermly dehydrated despite the amount of baths i've given him. She said i was doing the right thing, but in this case bathing wasn't enough to help. She said his engery levels are very poor as he can't even hold his head up any more.. She wants to take some bloods but is gonna have to put him on a course of rehydration before thats possible. She's gonna check his liver and kindey function. She doubts it is worms due to the recent worming and wouldn;t want to reworm at the moment anyway. I had to sign a form about the use of anasetic, but she said it's not that plan at all, because even if they needed to xray him he wont move out of the way. The last vet wormed him with 'SystemX' I think they said. which wouldn't have needed a follow up dose. she asked what his favorite food was, which i said was danilion.. so she's going to go pick some for him and try offering them to him. I think he's in good hands with her, She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. It's going to cost between £60-£100 for the tests and rehydration. Which is almost as much as i paid for him, but I love him, so it's the only thing to do. I'd pay £1000 to have my Stompie back Happy, and Healthy again.

That's right that Systamex would only need one doses but it was discontuned some years ago so I am surprised they still have some. Wonder if it was OK!

Thanks everyone.
I called the vet this morning and he's taking his fluids well. Took him a while to get going in the morning but he has his eyes open now. The managed to take soem bloods, the results should be back on monday. My running total with them is currently £100-£140 before a plan of action should he have anything wrong with him. Which is becoming a bit of a problem for me. As some of you know I gave up work to look after my mum in Febuary, so i'm a little short on money. I'm not considering any other options when it comes to his treatment. My mum asked me this morning if i thought it was worth it, as it's now gone over the price i paid for him only 3-4 months ago. But he's part of the family now...
