i really wanna know the sub species lol my guess is on Testudo Graeca Terrestris

I know it isnt but at first glance my thoughts were an edgyptian - lovely colouring but now think Tunisian / algerian, looks female but looks small to tell too.

Could it be a cross? My opinion only so probably wrong but the underside (plastron) doesn't look like a golden greek. I've just looked at pics available after Greg posted his 2nd opinion, so I'm going off these limited pics only. So ?? What is it? I'm intrigued now
