My mum was diagnosed with coeliac disease at 74. A lot of these things seem to have no relation to age.

Yes,

I cant eat/drink anything with dairy without being ill. That happened suddenly one day 3 years ago.

Same with meat, i got bad stomach cramps (i couldnt even move), vomiting and became really ill after eating anything with meat, so i stopped just over a year ago and i havent had those problems since.

Im like that every time i have a bath or shower, i break out in hives.

We've tried changing everything, the only thing we haven't changed is the water so we think it might be that?

Could be, it is possible to be allergic to water... or even possibly something it is treated with...

if it is fur/dander you are allergic to have you considered the likes of a labradoodle, they don't molt so are considered hypoallergenic...
