Best of luck Sarah! I too am starting cutting down and looking at what I'm eating, although I'm convinced that the weight gone on is to do with medication (well that's my excuse!!!)

I've been living on non-fat, low this & low that for months now (if you can call it living). The OH has shoved in every cake, chocky & sweetie that he hanpossibly inhale. What really Ts me off is that when we get on the scales they say exactly the same! That cant be right - it's just all wrong isn't it.
I've managed with a struggle to lose about 1/2 stone over the last 6 months, then shoved it all back on again over Christmas.
Dont think I'll ever see my feet again.
Never mind - it'll be another 12 months before I need to squash into my LBD for Christmas parties.
Now where's that Tiramisu.........

Lol ive been a WW gold member twise and been asked to run my own meeting and went for an interview, but the amount of money you make is so small unless you get loads of people coming.

I always seem to pile it back on

Whats better WW or slimming world?

Has anyone tried diet pills? i have called now slim 100% natural and found in asda or ebay

They just make you feel full, full of energy! You must drink loads of water with them else you get a huge head ache.

I would love to loose weight but when ever i try i ea all healthy and exercise more but i seem to loose about 7lb and then it all stops. Mom went to ww before and i was following that plan at home but that never seemed to work either. Was thinking about trying some diet ills i have seen advertised on net, they say there all natural but c you believe them

I also put on weight last year, I'm feeling really podgy and horrible at the moment (she says, eating trifle...). I'm going to try and do more exercise and lose weight. I hate it so much though!
