Default found eggs(updated)

hi normally i keep strict records of egg incubation times and dates laid ,but this year i have a problem .in the second half of june cant remember which day dammit.i turned over the soil in the hermans greenhouse so benjie would have a decent nest site as she appeared gravid again and she likes it soft lol.anyway i found 2 eggs i must have missed from lassies clutch of 8 laid on the 17th she normally lays about 10 and her first clutch was 11 so not from there.1 broke and i put the other in the inc ,all her eggs this year have been infertile yet this one has started to develop and had started to chalk up in the greenhouse soil.i decided to turn over the soil in the graeca graeca greenhouse and found a clutch there ,i relocated them in the inc to find although they had also started to chalk this gave the appearance i had turned them.i didnt adjust them and left them in place ,so now these have developed well also found a fresh clutch just outside in the path this had no signs of development so must be fres as they have now started to develop also.i have never had any luck with found clutches previously and wondered if anyone else had this experience.not sure which female laid these either ,what a disaster.

Snap !!!

we had a simular experience this year too.
Few days ago I was turnig over the nest box only to find 5 eggs........all of varying sizes.....they all had signs of development ......and by the ring around them i am guessing at about day 12-14 ish!!
so these have gone in our incubator un turned!!
so now will have to wait and see what happens to them......grr cross that we never found them on the day they were laid.

cool.......thats great news!!
min are continuing to develope too........so, so far so good!!

p.s I currently have 17 Hermann hatchlings racing around........all between several weeks old and 2 days of age.
Its amazing to see the difference in size of some of them.
I had some hatch at just over 8 grams and some hatched at 15 grams....they are all eating happily though and playing leap frog!! lol
