Theres a few pet shops in my area that sells Torts. All in the usual overcrowded glass tanks.
But one garden centre has, never more than 3 torts at a time in a table. About 2 metres square with wooden sides. It's on a pedistal, so kids have to be lifted up to see them. Its got a locked mesh top for security. I personally prefer this, to seeing them in the overcrowded tanks. I've never heard anyone from the shop taking to customers about them tho. |

I know about this Garden Centre.
Its no excuse but this is because of 7 years of bad management, the new manager is a great chap who has recently taken over, I hope that soon he sorts out these problems! No-one there knows about reptile care, so hes been going on training courses to improve the animal care there. |
