If you are looking for a hay-like substitute then I would advise popping over to the SW shop - they have readigrass mixed with dried flowers and my tort loves to sleep on it and nibble at it.

Have bought a small bag of Timothy hay this afternoon to see what he feels about that. He's dug down into the Tort Life tonight behind his log. He was asleep when I put the Timothy hay in so will have to wait 'til tomorrow.
Think actually the vet may have suffered with OCD. She didn't like topsoil because it was dirty. I wonder if her terrapin wears a wetsuit so it doesn't get wet? |
