Gosh I have just read their detailed feedback,it is shocking,I would have never ordered if I had seen it,sounds like she has been very rude to others too

I've just read the feedback too... it's aggressive and rude and she's trying to run a business!
Doesn't she realise potential customers can read the positive and negative feedback.
I don't like the upper case text she uses either - often means that one is shouting! Now I could well believe she sits in her front room and shouts and screams at the top of her voice when she's typing

I did wonder if you had read the only good thing is that she is sending another out but she dosen't sound very nice at all

I bought this for the front of my house but it is Beware of the frogs instead,it is excellent quality too
