Default outdoor russian enclosure (pic heavy)

Here is my try at an outside enclosure. Lots of good ideas on this site as our weather is similar to UK
Eventually would like a larger one, but this is for 2 torts. 13ft by 2.5 ft.

inside cold frame (basking light on timer for morning warm up and 'hound heater' for background warmth which has a built in thermostat (made for dog houses). Tort visible in second photo.
