My little man is called Byron....except he may not be a little man of course, but I'll still call him Byron even if he eventually turns out to be a she! I picked it because I love Lord Byron as a historical figure and poet, and I wanted a name that would not be fashiony/trendy and so sound silly in 50-100 years or however long he will hopefully be around!

Hi my daughter named our new tortoise after hers and her boyfriends first initial J=john C=CHELSEA so there for JC. but years ago think our family must have liked odd names as we had a tort called him dynamite and a dog called trigger. not into guns etc myself but everyone laughs at the tort and dogs name when i tell them

Well my tortoise came with the name "torty" so i took a while to ponder it and changed him to "worzel" Nicky

Although i was thinking about calling him henry so that when i get lots of females for him they can all be named after henry the 8th's wives x

Mine are called Tommy (I am convinced he is male), Daisy,Milly,and Heidi (as she likes to bury herself right down and hides)
