My hubby bought me three redfoots for christmas,
I got them from a friend who rescued them as part of a large group (about fiffteen kept in a garage with no outside space) so not sure of their exact age, think the females are about six and ernie three (Hope he is a boy) Will try and send some piccies of them in their new outside enclosure that we are just finnishing off They are lovely Lauraxx |

red foots
I love the red foot , I think the best breed , having trouble getting photos on , but are on my profile page.I have rescued 3 poor things lumpy shells as were kept in a very small fish tank fed on cat food for nearly 3 years . I just wish more was told to people when they buy them .The people only decided to re home when they started to grow to big .

I have two.
http:// Above is Cerezo(Cherry in Spanish), now two, taken when he was 1 and a half, now 6.5 cm SCL. CB by a breeder I know. Below is Kevin/Brazil, age guessed at around 4-5, 15 cm SCL, 9 cm in width. Unknown origin, previous owner had him 2 years, was rescued by her from a pet shop and the vet said he was close to death(heavy pyramiding no hardness in shell) but recovered on a high calcium diet. http://
