Vampire Tort???!!!
Ok I know this is a strange one, please don't kick me off the forum......
Before he came to me Colin had never been out in natural sunlight, when he is having a wonder on the floor and the light shines in through the patio doors (it's not really hot I'm in manchester!) and he gets caught in the sun rays he drops flat to the floor and then sort of slides about using one front leg and one back leg....he's not even trying to get out of the sun sometimes he just slides his way into a different position. The first time he did it I thought he was ill! Does anyone know why he does this or is he clearly a vampire?? |

Soooo...so far we have:
1.Fluffy-The Royal Tortoise 2.Colin-The Vampire Tortoise Natural sunlight is very bright. If he hasn't seen it before it might get him confused and he doesn't know how to behave. He will know probably after this summer...(if we get any of course)

He is probably just trying to get in the warmest spot by shuffling his way around
