Default Nutrobal

Hi everybody, could I confirm something with those in the know, I've purchased a tub of nutrobal assuming it's a standard product, but on the tub it doesn't mention anything about reptiles at all, only birds? Quote " high-potency calcium balancer and multivitamin supplement to help during growth and breeding in all birds"
I'm assuming this is the same stuff, it's made by Vetark?

Mine is also made by Vetark mine says "high potency calcium balancer & multivitamin supplement to help growth in snakes lizards and tortoises"

Sounds the same to me, I'm new to this so I'm sure someone who knows for sure will be along soon.

Ah Me Shell got there first, I was fishing mine out of the cupboard!

Same product, different packaging I believe.

I keep mine in the fridge so the vitamins keep for longer..

Thanks for the replies, it does look like it's the same stuff, just repackaged for differing markets, this is the one I have, although not bought from that site:

http://www.24parrot.com/Product-Nutr...-sizes-P6370a/

I would doubt they'd give a product the same name if there was a differing content proportion for various species, I was just a bit concerned that there was no mention of reptiles on mine yet all the other ones I've seen have a pic of a reptile on the bottle, and mine has a parrot!

If memory serves it was green labels for the bird packaging and orange for the reptiles.

Thanks all, I've just checked out the website and dropped them an email, they confirmed although the labels are different the product is indeed the same. Should have thought of doing that before really...

(Dougal says how are yer, best not repeat Jack's greeting )

A tort would have been a good subject for an episode of Ted... The Craggy Island Tort
