sorry, try to think of all the good things your little one had because of you, she never went hungry and a lovely home ect...some animals never ever get to feel that secure, take comfort in the fact that she was loved, being a good animal "mum" is so hard, it hurts, she was lucky to have been with you......xx

Very sorry to hear the bad news.
As others have said you took all the necessary precautions to try and prevent this from happening but unfortunately we cannot keep an eye on them 24/7

don't beat yourself up Lyn. you can't be there all the time. I found mine upside down in water a few months ago..no idea how she did it...she looked a bit sorry for herself..
