I think they're doing really well...
BabyBen is now in a tortoisetable with a heat lamp, and daily trips out on the grass in a pen for a few hours.. he is the most cuddly tortoise I've ever met and loves to be picked up and held. He puts his head on my shoulder, and loves to be stroked.

Q..As he spends 1/2 the day outside, does he need UV in his tortoise table? He has a heat lamp for basking when indoors/in the table.

Bill.. is such a character! He's a stickler for routine, and true to his owner's story, knows his name.
I think his shell is improving, but perhaps I am just getting used to the way it looks?

Bill spends the day, 7ish 'til 5ish in the garden - then he sleeps in the Conservatory.

Just to say what lovely tortoises, especially the damaged one, he looks wise and is obviously set in his ways!! They both look shiny and new in the last pics as opposed to the first ones, tlc must be working.
