Stolen tortoise from the West Wickham area in Kent. The 35 yr old tortoise was stolen and later thought to be dumped along the railway line between West Wickham and Hayes, Kent. A tortoise matching the description was seen walking along the railway track.

Sadly there was evidence of a break-in and it was definitely stolen. It was thought the thief might have dumped it along the track which is a way from the owners house. A few people had spotted it but the embankment was too high to get the tortoise. The owner tried to find it but got a fine instead for being along the railway track. It has very distinctive markings.

Are the rail staff looking out for it? Hopefully one of them will find it soon and reunite it with its owner.
