Smile Aloe plant

Anyone know where I can get an aloe plant online?
How would I go about feeding it? And lastly how should I go about changing the soil in case theres any nasties in there that could harm the torts? Pesticide/insecticide etc! Thanks

Hi Nat,

You can pick them up from B&Q or just type in aloe vera and google will sort you out.

I have one on my window sill and I just shook it out of the soil it came in and re potted it, I have not had any issues.

They re-sprout really well so you can get lots off one plant.

I sometimes give Ralph a leaf whole but I also scrap out the gel because to much Aloe can cause laxative effects!!

Hope this helps xxx

Tried my torts with aloe, they turned their nose up. Which is a shame as Ive got loads of them and my big one has loads of shoots which I suppose I should repot.

But have you smelled them when you break a piece off ?? They STINK x
