All types of campaula are edible and there are a huge varity to choose from.
Marigolds well the caendula marigold (daisy marigold )is edible red foots love the flowers and eat them naturally in the wild but the type known as tagetes or french marigold isn't it contains toxins if you do a goole search under each name for pic,s you will see the difference

well my marigold is a tagetes variety so i have labelled it " NOT FOR TORTS"

i'll keep my eye open for the daisy calendula
