I dunno. *Turtles of the USA says maturity at 7.5CMs for males. He's 6.5CM and 60 grams soaking wet. But in that second picture his tail (which has really sprouted recently) is conjoined with the females.
Maybe he's just practising. I'll keep an eye on those females though. |

Gut instinct goes a long way in this hobby. Last night I installed a little 8" fish tank in the Baurii setup. Filled it with damp sand, topped off with moss. Level with the water surface, near the lamp. Got home this evening and the moss has been dug under into the sand and....I spy an egg
