Sexing Gertie

Ok since Florence is a boy, can you all please have a go at sexing Gertie too. If it is looking like they are both boys then I might as well rename them both together. I know Gertie is a lot smaller than Florence and it may be too early to tell but I would appreciate all your opinions.

I agree with female too, but she's a bit small to be sure. A few more months and then put up another plastron photo of her again and you may get more of an idea. What's her SCL?

Thanks everyone. Yes she is much smaller than Florence though they are the same age. She weighs 98g and is 83mm. I'm pretty sure Florence would have looked female at that size too as it is only lately I got a bit suspicious.

I'm afraid it's a case of 'wait and see' then. You never know, she may stay looking female.

I think it depends on the tort but in the case of Arabella and Florence, they were sexed as female at around 164g 93mm.
The boys by the time they were about 95-110 mm. They had pretty long tails by then, so I think I knew anyway.

I think she just needs to grow a bit more and we should be able to have a better idea.
