I get blocked sinuses and so I use a Vicks inhaler stick each day, which keeps my nose pretty clear. If you've got/had a cold though, it may take a while. Have you any allergies?

You might need to see the Doc , Steve.
Could be Polypse. Or something like sinusitis.. If you aren't suffering with a cold, then the nose shouldn't be blocked all the time like that. Unless, maybe an allergy of some sort. In which case, any anti histamine might work...?? But maybe see a Doc..xx Good luck |

Sounds like I might go see doc then.. all though i sound stupid for going to see them for a blocked nose i dont think its a cold because only thing wrong is my nose and head ache, but i only get head ache when i try to breath through my nose .. and when i take stuff it lasts less then 2 mins so if it doesnt go by end of tomorrow ill go see the doctor
