Ornamental Poppy

One of my tortoises keeps trying to eat this !!

Thats opium poppy dont feed it the pettles are ok though

Thanks darren, i am cutting the dead heads off so the seeds dont spead, we had one last year and it self seeded, gonna dig em up, as and when they shot next year..

This poppy grows in my enclosures my tortoises don't eat it except for the occasional nibble , some times its best to let them at it no harm will be done from a nibble i'm sure they will stop after amouthful or two
