Default Felix's first meal

I've had Felix a month now, he's been checked out and beak trimmed and I've tried to tempt him with food every night...he's only ever taken the odd bite and it's been out of cucumber and once some watercress. Until earlier this evening! He sniffed then scoffed down a petunia flower and then proceeded to *finally* eat one of the leaves I put out for him! So now he likes petunia and dandelion...i'll try and get him on something else tomorrow
I was a very proud tort mummy today!
Slowly but surely eh...

Thanks all

Linds, his beak isn't as bad as when I first got him...the vet trimmed it a bit and I was hoping that when he starts eating properly the rest might wear down naturally on the slate. But I may well take him back for another trim. He loves the outdoors, maybe the sunshine has given him an appetite eh? Glad to hear Floyd is doing well, they do take their time don't they??
