shock and warning
I went to check on my turtles outside in the pond yesterday and I found map turtle Splosh floating upside down tangled in blanket weed!
I tried to reach him but he was too deep! Though thankfully he couldn't have been there long because as soon as i PULLED THE WEED OUT he swam off! So I've since been trying to get as much of the nasty stuff out as possible! I had a feeling that something like this could happen but my parents kept saying that they were fine and liked to make nests with it! |

Do you not have a uv steriliser on your pond mate this will sort the weed out i get very little and what i do get the fish eat.
P.s turtles are not likely to make nests All you can do other than sterlisers or chemicals is to just keep pulling it out

I'll just have to keep pulling it out as they're in my parents pond. My garden's full with rabbit enclosures
