Default Hermann food question

Right here it is:
as you may know I've just taken on a rescue tortie bringing my total torts up to 4, Lola is not to be hibernated - health reasons. Poppy not to be hibernated - haven't had her long enough to know about any underlying conditions, so just to be safe. My babies i would hibernate but my OH isn't comfortable with it yet so hopefully next year for them.
which brings me to my question....
weeds are getting a little hard to come by and feeding 4 torties, i think I'm going to have to start mixing 'salad' with there weeds to bulk it out abit. i have been down sainsburys and bought wild rocket, watercress and rocket salad which has rocket (der), red cos, green batavia and mizuna. never knew there were so many different types! would these be ok to mix? or any suggestions would be appreciated
i do have weeds growing in the conservatory so its not like i wont have any.
