Too true Helen - I'm still getting some pus out so the infection is obviously still there. I'm really concerned that it's healing too well and locking the infection in .

The Vet is extremely rabbit savvy and I really trust his judgement. However, manuka honey may be a great anti-biotic but is only going to be of use if you can get it in the abscess. Not much use if you can't and this is going to be my next discussion with him. I'll also bring up the subject of anti-biotic beads - we have to consider every angle. To see Totti hopping roudn the garden, he's not ready to give up the ghost yet.
