Wow, those are some perfect shells. And then we get to the picture of them eating lettuce. Everyone says they should eat weeds and only have lettuce on rare occasions.
How often do yours have lettuce, you could blow the theory right out of the water.

Mine do too Kelly but the guilt I go through is awful. We are constantly told that lettuce is bad but the Floret is the best if you really have no other option (it looks like the torts have in the picture) Then you see perfect specimens like these and wonder why you worried.

tort keeping is a many faceted hobby.

They are really lovely. Not usually a horsfield fan (eek sorry horsfield owners) but yours really are lovely
