The way that the human body gets fat is because it converts un-used energy into fat, as it has to store it somewhere.
So, If I eat a mars bar and then didn't use any energy, I would put that on as fat, but if I ate a mars bar and worked it off, my body would use the calories as energy and I wouldn't put on any fat. |

The tablets are called "xenecal" (my sis on them as well) Boots will only give them you if you go on their weight management programme, and you have to have highbody fat index, boots charge £50. But you can get them from the doctors on prescription (friend on them!!)
