i work in a pharmacy so have tried out a lot of the tablets and stuff, and like dougal, nothing really helps, typical, lol!, got some good tips about the honey, and a bowl of water being in the room though gonna definatly try them!

it totally sucks having hayfever this time of year, colds through the winter, hayfever through the summer... aint we lucky, lol!

awww no, lol, i read last night that only 20% of people in the UK suffer, so you must make up for the other 80%, but all year long...... bless!

i wouldnt mind sharing with that other 80% though, they can have a taster aswell then! lucky things!!

I have had hayfever sine I was small, but last year it went quite bad I was full of it! This year is the same really. But I do use a nasal spray which seems to be helping me.
Hope you find something.

I had never suffered from hayfever until I took a summer job at a stables, since then it kills me from April to October Thankfully it's been raining all day so I get a day's respite

It's bizarre - I was riding horses before I could walk, I was always out in the countryside but the first day in my new job and I couldn't see, speak, breathe.. lol I hope it..goes away, as quick as it appeared. I'm not going to stay indoors every summer for the rest of my life!

I am sneezing as I type, even at this hour! ...

I have taken both tablets and nasal sprays in the past, but I try not to use anything these days. The only thing I use is a spoonful of honey every morning. What gets me is when you rub your eyes (you know you shouldnt ) but it feels great for the 1st few seconds, but after that not so good ...T.T. 8)
