I've got one and it's invaluable for cleaning out six tables worth of substrate and no mess!

Though I should add it doesn't take all six tables worth of soil in one go.....more like 2-3 times per table!

It's like a cylinder that attaches to your vacuum cleaner. You can then hoover up the soiled substrate in your tortoise table and it goes into the cylinder, without any mess and ash clouds everywhere. It's simple and makes changing the substrate so much quicker.
We got ours from either Amazon or Ebay. They're only about £15-£20 and I store it up in the loft between cleans so it's not in the way.

Oooo. Does it work with a cylinder vacuum and also for top soil? Would love to make it easier to clear out Peteys house

I use it for topsoil.
This is a bit like the one I have http://www.amazon.co.uk/NEW-ASH-WIZA...rds=ash+vacuum

It makes life a lot easier for me, especially as I have stacked tables.

I get NO topsoil at all in my vacuum cleaner, everything stays in the ash cylinder. Easy-peasy.
You can spend a fair amount on good quality ones but we find a cheap one does the trick perfectly.
