I agree Yuna the chances off me getting the bulb replaced from the ebay seller are very slim even though i kept the box doh!

I would go with whatever sounds like the best option for you. You are checking out the different packaging so thats good. As jeffcook says though, if it does end up being a duff one, or it fails - you probably wont get any replacement. Not sure actually if you would on another website either TBH.
