I'm really allergic to dogs (and cats and any animal with hair!) but my parents had a gorgeous Golden Retriever. He was very sensitive and special.
I've never wanted a dog (due to my allergies) but my second son would cut off his right leg for a pug and my eldest loves all dogs.

When I was a child I always wanted a yorkie so I could put a bow in it's hair. My dad throught that was ridiculous but my mum topped that by wanting a pekinese.
There was never any chance dad was going to be seen walking a pekinese!!

We used to have 2 boxers

A White boy Called Harry and we looked after a brown one called Eric for one of my dads boxing friends lol

We've also had a german Shepard, my mum and dad got her for I think my 3rd or 4th birthday but someone stole her.

We also had a Doberman but I can't remember what happpened to her

And we had a border terrier x called Scully, we rehomed him to a family friend where he is now an only dog and loving it.

We did have a malamute puppy too but had to sell him as our dogs didn't like him and he didn't like them

And we Just have the 3 dogs, Holly the border collie, Nuna the border terrier and Bedley the Bedlington terrier

My sister wanted a Newfie but my fear of big dogs changed her mind.

Bichon frise
cocker spaniel
Irish wolf hound.

I've got a Bichon crossed with a Chinese crested. He is the sweetest most intelligent dog I have ever had. And as a bonus, he doesn't shed his fur everywhere, unlike the border collie that lives next door that just brushed against my leg leaving me covered in a rug.
