Eating as I was cooking used to be my downfall until I was diagnosed with coeliac disease. That put a stop to that but I love to eat. I try really hard to have grapes, rice cakes and cottage cheese to snack on but sometimes only a biscuit will do and gluten free goodies are really high in calories. For me, it's mind over matter. I ate without reserve over Christmas but am back to being careful now. I have to ensure I have a diet high in calcium and cheese is my downfall as I love it but I try to eat calcium in more healthy forms and take a calcium and vit D tablet daily. I wish everyone on post Christmas diets lots of luck and strength to keep it up.

I can send you mine, it won't get you thinner but I'm not claiming it's a plan that works very well
I think cider is fat free and made from apples so it's bound to be healthy, there's sugar in it but I don't think sugar has any fat in it either |

Good luck Lynne, yes it is hard, like Row I've been on a diet since September. I've lost 21lb which I'm really pleased with and don't want to lose any more particularly, but now it's the even harder part - keeping it off I know that I've had to change my eating habits permanently or it will pileback on again.
I relaxed a bit over xmas, biggest problem was too much booze ha ha, I've still yet to give up the Baileys coffees |
