Default Got a big problem!

We are going away for the weekend to Pauls to look after Edward, I had a text from the carer that has kiera, she has left her husband & can't have kiera for me, I have phoned round loads of places & they are all booked, my last resort is kennels, but really hate the thought of putting her in kennels.

If you find a well recommended kennels they love it, I put Sam in for the first time a couple of weeks ago I cried when I put him in but he loved it got nice long walks and treats. Hope you get sorted they are like our babies but think it bothers us more than them.

Hi Marg, we use agency house-sitters too, they are lovely, semi-retired and adore animals. We often have our neighbour's dog to stay, and sometimes our neighbours also use a live-in kind of set-up where their dog goes to stay in the village with another dog owner/lover who 'fosters' the dog for a week for a small fee - it's like a holiday home for the dog, it even sleeps on her bed!
our agency are fantastic and are based in Buckinghamshire, they are called Homesitters (if it's any help). Good luck Marg.

I was on the phone for nearly half the day on Wednesday trying to find someone to look after Kiera, but no luck. So, I am going to Pauls & Len is staying home to look after Kiera, not ideal but better than us both staying.
