Is it possible for Roxy to lay another clutch and they be fertile? Or will she now only lay fertile eggs? X

As you say, Roxy may surprise you again and if she does, I really hope they'll be fertile. If Spart has paid her a visit I'm sure you'll know about it this summer. Um, some turnip bloke. Don't think he's on here much anymore....

Too late this year as all my tortoises have laid their eggs. But next year if you have no fertile eggs, you can have some of mine. I have had four clutches but all left in the ground:0(

But you would keep a hatchling or two from your own torts, so maybe have a think whether you'd seriously like to have a horsfield date night or wait for a Golden Greek one. As you say, you only live once!

Haha Emma, your a woman who makes a lot of sense, all my torts will outlive me anyway, then when I'm gone I won't be able to worry about it, life experiences are for now x

Well I didn't want to be seen to be encouraging you BUT we never know what is around the corner and we need to make the most of life and do what makes us happy. I'm sure you'll give things a lot of thought over the next few days, Bev.
